Sterling Martial Arts offers exciting birthday parties for kids of all ages. Every party is led by Mike and Sue Sonia, who are certified professional shotokan and RAD instructors.

"Speaking from personal experience, it made for the best party ever! My family decided to have a Karate Birthday for our son's 6th birthday. Sensei Mike and Sensei Sue arrived promptly as scheduled for the party and they had obviously put much thought and planning into their presentation. They talked about the history and origin of Shotokan Karate and the philosophy of karate. Then they demonstrated Kata, a series of moves linked together simulating what you might do if required to defend yourself. Afterwards, the party guests had an opportunity to try some of the basic techniques under Sensei's guidance. The day was wrapped up by having the group participate in a Karate version of Simon Says, or as they call it "Sensei Says"...it was a grand finale that was talked about for a long time afterwards.
